These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally-binding contract between you ("you," "user") and SkyAnalyst AI LLC ("SkyAnalyst," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of:
- the SkyAnalyst public websites,
- the SkyAnalyst trading-education platform and mobile / desktop apps, and
- any related content, products, or services we make available (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2 Description of the Service
The Service provides a comprehensive trading platform with educational materials, AI-powered tools, and trading resources. Features may include:
- Educational content -- videos, articles, strategy guides
- AI-powered trading tools and proprietary indicators
- Trading analysis and market intelligence features
- Demo trading environments -- simulations only
- Progress tracking & analytics
- Community tools -- discussion forums, leaderboards
Educational purpose only. All tools, strategies, and content (e.g., limiting risk to 1% per trade, avoiding correlated trades, etc.) are guidelines for educational purposes, not financial advice. Use demo accounts until you independently verify any strategy.
3 User Accounts
3.1 Eligibility & Registration
- No specific age or residency restrictions, but users under 18 must have parental consent and are barred from paid services where prohibited by law.
- Provide accurate information (real first/last name and a valid e-mail).
- Offensive, deceptive, or infringing usernames are prohibited.
3.2 User Conduct
- Act professionally; no harassment, hate speech, spam, or market manipulation.
- Do not share or resell proprietary materials without written permission.
- Do not interfere with security, attempt to scrape data, or reverse-engineer the Service.
4 Payment Terms

Refunds: None unless we state otherwise in a specific promotion or are required by law. Violation of these Terms voids any refund.
Data retention after non-payment: We keep your user data for 2 months; then it may be permanently deleted.
5 Intellectual Property
Ownership. All content and proprietary strategies are owned by SkyAnalyst or its licensors.
License. A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
No republication. You may not reproduce, publicly display, or distribute any portion of the Service without prior written consent.
6 Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure
We may receive compensation when you register with, or purchase products from, third-party partners (e.g., Pepperstone, FTMO, TradingView) via links on the Service. Such links are identified as "affiliate links." Earnings and performance claims are illustrative only and no income is guaranteed.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties & Risk Disclosure
Educational purpose; no guarantees. The Service is "as is," without warranties of profitability or accuracy. Past or simulated results do not guarantee future performance.
Trading risk. Leveraged trading can result in partial or total capital loss. You assume all trading risks.
No investment advice. Content is not personalised financial advice; verify market conditions and legal obligations independently.
Availability. We strive for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or emergencies without liability.
8 DMCA / Copyright-Infringement Policy
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to support@skyweavertrading.com with:
- Your contact details
- Identification of the work allegedly infringed
- The URL or location of the infringing material
- A good-faith statement and a signature (electronic is acceptable)
We will respond in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
9 External-Link Disclaimer
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided "as-is" for convenience. SkyAnalyst neither controls nor endorses external content and is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party sites.
10 Accessibility Statement
SkyAnalyst strives to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please email accessibility@skyweavertrading.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
11 Dispute Resolution -- Arbitration
Mandatory arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Miami, Florida, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Rules.
Class-action waiver. Disputes must be brought individually; class or representative actions are forbidden.
No jury trial. You waive the right to jury trial.
30-day opt-out. If you do not wish to be bound by this clause, notify us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyAnalyst and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In any event, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid SkyAnalyst in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, epidemics, or internet/telecom outages.
14 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without refund, for violation of these Terms or any conduct that we deem harmful or unlawful. Following termination, data may be deleted and you release SkyAnalyst from liability for any resulting loss.
15 Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be emailed to the address in your profile. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Keep your email address current.

17 General Provisions
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Entire agreement. These Terms, plus our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, and any additional guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkyAnalyst.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a right or provision does not waive it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service immediately.
